During the installation of the right engine, the oil cooler return line and the air/oil separator outlet line were transposed when attached to the oil tank. The oil cooler return and the air/oil separator outlet flexible lines could be easily transposed given that their fittings were adjacent to each other, of the same size, and visually similar.
