- October 15, 1997AccidentHull loss
The base of the empennage struck the runway surface upon landing at Mexico City-Benito Juárez Airport. The aircraft was stopped on the runway and all 72 occupants evacuated safely. The aircraft was written off.
- July 26, 1946Accident
Enroute, the pilot encountered technical problems with the engine and elected to return to Jalapa Enríquez Airport. Eventually, he was forced to attempt an emergency landing when the aircraft stalled and crashed in a prairie located in Huatusco. All nine occupants were killed. Probable cause (official findings): Engine failure.
