Aeroméxico to launch Mexico City flights to Nassau and Montego Bay in 2027

Aeroméxico will launch two nonstop routes from Mexico City in March 2027, to Nassau and Montego Bay. These are the carrier's first scheduled direct services to the Bahamas and Jamaica.

Both will operate from Mexico City International Airport, the airline's main base, with three weekly frequencies each.

Montego Bay flights begin 18 March 2027, on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. They depart Mexico City at 09:20 and arrive at 14:00; the return leaves Montego Bay at 15:15 and lands at 18:20.

Nassau service starts the following day, 19 March 2027, operating Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The outbound departs Mexico City at 09:10 and arrives at 15:00, while the return leaves Nassau at 16:15 and reaches Mexico City at 18:30.

Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft configured for 166 passengers will fly both connections.

Giancarlo Mulinelli, Aeroméxico's senior vice president of global sales, said adding Jamaica and the Bahamas to the carrier's Caribbean network reflects its commitment to offering customers more travel options to destinations worldwide. The routes, he said, will give passengers direct access to tourism, gastronomy and culture while strengthening connectivity from Mexico City.
