Air Arabia plans to launch nonstop flights between Sharjah and Düsseldorf starting 16 December 2026. The route will be the carrier's third in Germany, joining existing service to Frankfurt and Munich.

The airline said the route will initially run four times a week, with departures from Sharjah at 15:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Frequency is expected to rise to daily over time, though the airline did not say when that would happen.

Airbus A320neo aircraft will operate the flights, according to the airline.

The Düsseldorf route extends Air Arabia's push into Europe from its Sharjah hub in the United Arab Emirates. It adds to a growing set of routes linking the Gulf with major German cities. The announcement included no details on pricing or booking availability.
