Air Peace has taken a third Airbus A320-200 on wet lease from Avion Express. The aircraft, a 19-year-old example registered LY-NVJ with 180 seats, arrived in Lagos on 5 September after a ferry flight from Vilnius via Castellón.
Two other A320s from the Lithuanian provider have been flying for the Nigerian carrier since May, according to the portal News Aero.
The addition comes after Air Peace returned two Boeing 737-800s to Air Explore in August. The airline also expects two Boeing 737-800s acquired from Jeju Air.
Air Peace currently operates around 30 aircraft, roughly a third of which are out of service.
