Delta Opens Flight Attendant Applications for 2027 Classes

Delta Air Lines is accepting applications for flight attendant positions in its 2027 hiring classes, with roles for English-speaking and bilingual candidates.

Delta Air Lines has begun taking flight attendant applications for its 2027 hiring classes. Positions are open to both English-speaking and bilingual candidates, including those for language-of-destination roles.

The airline has not stated how many people it intends to hire. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. They also need to be legally able to work in the United States and be fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and writing. The job requires willingness to fly domestic and international routes, with schedules that include overnights, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

People who are not selected may reapply six months after receiving a disqualification notice, provided a new opening is posted. Delta cautioned that because of heavy application volume, candidates could see slower response times or delays in the application portal.
