FAA revises eVTOL certification approach, diverging further from EASA
The FAA has reversed a proposed stricter certification framework for passenger-carrying eVTOL aircraft, adopting a more conventional approach similar to existing airplane and helicopter rules.
The Federal Aviation Administration has changed course on how it plans to certify electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft used to carry passengers for hire.
