La Compagnie to Launch Newark–Dusseldorf Service
Premium all-business-class carrier La Compagnie will begin flights between Newark and Dusseldorf next spring with its third Airbus A321LR, with an A321XLR to follow in 2028.

La Compagnie, the French all-business-class airline, will add Dusseldorf to its network next spring when it takes delivery of its third Airbus A321LR. The carrier plans up to five weekly flights between New York Newark and Dusseldorf during the 2027 summer season. Dusseldorf will join Paris Orly, Nice, and Milan Malpensa as destinations served from Newark. Seasonal Nice flights have recently been extended to year-round service.
The airline will also receive an A321XLR in 2028. Its current A321neo aircraft are configured with 76 lie-flat seats in a 2-2 layout. Chief executive Christian Vernet said Dusseldorf is a natural next step given the region's business ties to the United States.
La Compagnie will be the only carrier offering nonstop service between New York and Dusseldorf.
