NetJets plans to open three private terminals in the United States and move into a larger space at Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The business aviation operator said on October 12, 2026, that the new facilities would be at Dallas Love Field, Washington Dulles International Airport and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado. The Dallas project, developed with Signature Aviation, will be a NetJets-only complex of 114,000 square feet, due to open in late 2028. It pairs a private terminal with a second NetJets Service Hub hangar and a maintenance hangar in use since 2021.

At Washington Dulles, the first and second floors of an existing three-storey Signature Aviation building will be converted into more than 14,000 square feet of dedicated space for NetJets customers. Work is expected to start in early 2027 and will add lounge seating, a family room and private VIP suites.

The Colorado site is expected to be operational by early 2027. NetJets said a runway extension at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport would make Rifle Garfield County Airport a key gateway to mountain destinations in the state. The 6,000-square-foot terminal there, built with Vantage Aviation, is to open before the Aspen airport closes for that work and will include a new aircraft hangar.

At West Palm Beach, NetJets is moving to an exclusive-use terminal with more space, extra vehicle parking and additional dedicated ramp area for its aircraft. The company said the airport is its fourth busiest and that the new facility will lift capacity from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet. NetJets attributed the expansion to growing demand from its aircraft owners.
