Pal-V gets European production approval for flying car

Dutch firm Pal-V has received Production Organisation Approval from EASA, enabling it to manufacture aviation products to European standards as it works toward certifying its roadable aircraft.

The Dutch manufacturer Pal-V has been granted Production Organisation Approval by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency. The approval allows the company to produce aviation products in accordance with European regulations. Pal-V already holds a similar approval as an automobile manufacturer. The company is developing a fly-drive vehicle that can operate both on roads and in the air. In 2025, Pal-V received a No Technical Objection from EASA. Full certification of the aircraft has not yet been completed.
