A Boeing 737-500 operated by Iranian carrier Sepehran Airlines ran off the runway while landing at Mashhad airport, according to a report citing the Aviation Herald.
The aircraft, registered EP-FSF, was flying as Sepehran flight IS4310 from Tehran-Mehrabad to Mashhad with 127 people on board. Authorities said it touched down on runway 13L, then veered right before stopping on the parallel runway 13R. The nose landing gear collapsed during the excursion.
No injuries were reported among passengers or crew. The aircraft came to a halt with no further damage described in available accounts.
Iran's civil aviation authority has opened an investigation. No cause has been given so far, and details on the aircraft's condition or the airport's operational status afterward were not immediately available.
