- 2025-05 A319 Captain reported while deviating around thunderstorms at cruise altitude; the aircraft was stuck by lightening resulting in the failure of the onboard weather radar. The Captain proceeded away from the area of thunderstorms; then diverted to an alternate airport.
- 2025-04 A319 flight crew reported temporary loss of aircraft control when the autopilot and autothrottle disengaged during approach; resulting in a course deviation and airborne conflict.
- 2024-11 Air Traffic Controller reported an aircraft had flown through the final approach course which resulted in a NMAC with another aircraft on approach to the parallel runway.
