- 2025-10 A320 flight crew reported low altitude alert from ATC while on approach.
- 2025-03 TRACON Controller reported an aircraft descended below their assigned altitude resulting in the aircraft flying towards terrain. ATC canceled the approach clearance; climbed and vectored the aircraft back to the final approach course and they landed safely at their destination.
- 2025-03 Air carrier First Officer reported receiving an altitude alert from ATC during approach. Flight crew returned to safe altitude and continued to landing.
