- 2019-09 Flight Engineer reported a progressive loss of cabin pressure as the result of a water separator unit clamp coming undone.
- 2008-07 Mechanic reports using an incorrect aircraft maintenance manual reference to remove, replace, and test a left main landing gear ground sense (shift) proximity sensor on a B727-200. The procedure used was for the main landing gear down lock proximity switch.
- 2008-04 A B727-200 aircraft experienced a soft digital fuel indicator error code for tank #2 which was acceptable per MEL for dispatch, but the aircraft landed with three fuel boost pump low pressure lights on and tank #2 virtually dry.
