- 2026-01 Air carrier First Officer reported a failure of the APU and electrical smoke/fumes in the cabin while at the gate. Passengers were deplaned.
- 2025-12 B757 flight crew reported that a strong fuel or chemical odor was noticed in the passenger cabin during initial climb out. An immediate return to the departure airport was safely accomplished.
- 2025-08 B757-200 flight crew reported sparks emitted from the circuit breaker panel during climbout; resulting in loss of multiple systems resulting return to the departure airport.
