- 2025-10 B767-300 flight crew reported hydraulic system failure during climb. Diverted and landed uneventfully.
- 2024-02 B767-300 Check Airman reported on final approach the pilot flying and on an OE initiated a go-around and reporter took control of aircraft. On the second approach the aircraft was again unstable and the pilot flying did another go-around. The third approach and landing were successful.
- 2023-06 B767 First Officer reported inadvertently descending below the assigned altitude on the approach after misunderstanding a descent clearance. After receiving a gear warning; the crew slowed the descent and continued for landing.
