  • 2026-03 Government large UAS pilot reported the UAS climbed past the approved altitude limit for a short period of time before the pilot descended the UAS.
  • 2026-02 BNA TRACON Controller expressed concern about the design of SID procedures that seem to cause compliance problems for pilots.
  • 2026-02 TRACON Controller reported having communication problems due to a headset issue resulting in the controller issuing a wrong altitude to an aircraft that had them below the MVA. The controller was able to issue a new altitude and the aircraft arrived safely.
