- 2026-02 Cessna 172 Flight Instructor reported witnessing student runway excursion and striking runway edge lights during student solo flight.
- 2026-02 General aviation pilot reported a brake malfunction during the landing rollout which resulted in a taxiway excursion. The flight entered the dirt and damaged a taxiway sign; no injuries were reported.
- 2026-01 Air carrier Dispatcher reported being advised by flight crew of hitting runway end lights during landing on a snowy runway. No significant damage was reported.
