- 2026-02 General aviation pilot reported a brake malfunction during the landing rollout which resulted in a taxiway excursion. The flight entered the dirt and damaged a taxiway sign; no injuries were reported.
- 2026-02 General aviation instructor reported observing their student pilot exited the runway at a higher speed during their solo flight; resulting in a taxiway excursion. No injuries or damage occurred.
- 2026-02 Air carrier flight crew reported the inaccurate taxi diagram and lack of markings and mapping of additional pavement that was caused by the ongoing construction at the airport led to the flight crew getting stuck and needing a tug for re-positioning after making the wrong turn.
