- 2026-03 Government large UAS pilot reported the UAS climbed past the approved altitude limit for a short period of time before the pilot descended the UAS.
- 2026-03 Part 107 UAS pilot reported an airborne conflict with crewed aircraft during a mission. The UAS pilot took evasive action and descended the UAS.
- 2026-03 TPA TRACON Controller reported the departure procedures out of LAL are unusable due to VFR aircraft flying just outside the D airspace. Controller had to maneuver an airline away from traffic as there were VFR aircraft in direct conflict with the SBOAT departure procedure.
