At ZZZZZ on ZZZZZ1 arrival; right generator failed; FO lost ADI and Nav display and autopilot disengaged simultaneously. I took control of the aircraft and began making the downwind turn to ZZZZZ2; but due to distraction from system failures and taking control of aircraft; we were late to turn; approach gave a vector and then cleared us direct to ZZZZZ2. We [requested priority handling]; ran the appropriate checklists and landed uneventfully.
