Narrative
Received an aircraft that maintenance had been working on all day. Inbound writeups were APU auto shutdown and auto brakes failed to disengage on landing. Maintenance replaced parts and cleared both items. On arrival into ZZZ selected auto brakes level 2. At touchdown brakes grabbed immediately. I tried to disengage auto brakes with pedal pressure; then bumping the sped brake lever; then turning the switch off. Nothing worked. Auto brakes brought the airplane to a complete stop on the runway causing the aircraft behind us to go around. Once at a complete stop; auto brakes were disengaged. Taxied clear of the runway. APU and brakes worked normally on taxi in. Upon reaching gate; shutdown remaining engine. APU autoshutdown almost immediately after taking full electrical load.
