Air carrier First Officer reported above normal brake temperatures after landing then was advised the tires were deflated post flight.

Narrative

Aircraft X ZZZ1 - ZZZ. CA was pilot flying; I was pilot monitoring. Weather enroute and around ZZZ. Initially set up for XXR but cell on final and tower informed us there was heavy precipitation on final from 1-5 miles from runway and LLWS advisories in effect. We asked for delayed vectors and ran numbers for XY which had a clearer final approach path. Normal approach and landing with medium auto brakes. After landing brake temperatures started to rise. When we got to gate after tires were chocked we released the brake and called ops for brake fans. They did not have brake fans. Captain did post flight to inspect fuse plugs and all tires looked normal. We advised outbound crew of high brake temps. On van ride to hotel outbound crew called to inform us both left fuse plugs did blow and wheels were deflated.
