Air carrier First Officer reported a failure of the wing anti-icing system during descent. Flight crew requested lower altitude and continued to the destination.
Narrative
Aircraft flew through moderate time icing between 15;000 and 13;000 with substantial accumulation observed. Wing anti-icing system failed with associated ECAM. We requested a decent to lowest altitude and were assigned 8000. Through 9500 captain noticed speed was still 280 knots. We momentarily slowed our descent and reduced to 250 knots.
