B757 captain reported experiencing a flight deck window arcing then cracking resulting in the flight crew diverting to another airport where they landed safely.
Narrative
During cruise at FL340; I noticed a sparking in the lower left corner of the pilot's side main (front) window. Within seconds of observing; the arcing stopped and resulted in an outer pane spiderweb crack. We complied with the QRH; requested priority handling and diverted to ZZZ. First officer flew due to lack of captain visibility. We landed and taxied clear.Causewindow anti-ice/defog system electrical arcing
