Synopsis

Air carrier First Officer reported an elevator caution message during cruise. Flight crew continued to destination.

Narrative

Shortly after beginning our descent into ZZZ from FL320; we received an ELEVATOR SPLIT" caution message at FL240. We ran the QRH and requested to remain at that altitude. The checklist required the autopilot to be disconnected and the remainder of the flight to be hand-flown. We requested priority handling and requested a descent to 10;000 feet in order to slow to 200 knots; in accordance with the QRH. The Captain and I determined that ZZZ was the most suitable airport for the situation.During the event; I observed that the flight controls felt normal; and the synoptic page did not display any abnormalities. After landing; ARFF (Airport Rescue and Firefighting) inspected the aircraft to ensure there was no damage to the elevator. We then taxied to the gate and shut down the aircraft without further issues. The Captain and I also conducted a visual inspection of the elevator and observed no signs of damage.Cause: Aircraft sensor issues in the elevator. Once we landed and reset the airplane the Caution message disappeared"
