Air carrier pilot reported flight experiencing dual Flight Control Unit failure during cruise resulting in the flight crew needing ATC vectors to their destination airport.

Narrative

Dual Flight Control Unit (FCU) failure at cruise resulting in loss of navigation and autopilot/autothrust. ATC was notified and vectors to ZZZ were requested with ATC. ECAM procedures completed and follow up computer reset procedures resulted in recovery of both FCUs. Continued to ZZZ and landed / taxi without issue.Cause: Autopilot/Autothrust will immediately disconnect with this failure. Even though the system was recovered; approach was flown by hand with manual thrust to mitigate the risk of having autopilot fail unexpectedly in critical phase of flight.
