Synopsis

Air carrier Captain reported an airborne conflict with a UAS during approach. No evasive action was taken.

Narrative

Established on the ILS 8L over ICKM intersection in VMC conditions at 3000' we flew past a black quad copter drone at our altitude and approximately quarter mile laterally. We did not turn to avoid the drone.
