Air carrier Captain reported an NMAC with a UAS during departure. No evasive action was taken.
Narrative
On departure from RW XXR at approximately 1000' AGL; the FO noted a drone off the right side of the aircraft that was within one wing length of the aircraft. The drone appeared to be stationary. It was white and red in color. We reported the drone location and altitude with the control tower. We continued on without incident.
