VEHICLE ENTERED RUNWAY 15L WITHOUT ATC AUTHORIZATION. LC INSTRUCTED AIRCRAFT 2L/CRJ2 TO LINE UP AND WAIT ON RUNWAY 15L. WHILE AIRCRAFT 2L WAS ENTERING RUNWAY 15L, VEHICLE TAXIED ONTO RUNWAY 15L AT TAXIWAY WL FROM THE WEST AND PROCEEDED NORTHBOUND. LC ISSUED TAKE OFF CLEARANCE TO AIRCRAFT 2L AND ASDE ALERTED AFTER THEY BEGAN TAKEOFF ROLL. LC INSTRUCTED VEHICLE TO EXIT THE RUNWAY NOW. VEHICLE TURNED OFF THE RUNWAY AT TAXIWAY WJ AS AIRCRAFT 2L CONTINUED DEPARTURE. THE CLOSEST ESTIMATED PROXIMITY WAS 2066 FEET LATERAL.
