What happened
The pilot conducted a low-altitude pass over a ranch house while traveling from the northwest to the southeast. Following this initial pass, the pilot executed a second low pass over a swimming pool area, heading in a northeasterly direction and waving to individuals standing near the pool.
Subsequently, the aircraft initiated a 180-degree reversal turn. During this maneuver, the aircraft entered a steep nose-down attitude before impacting the ground. Witnesses on the scene estimated that the aircraft's altitude during these maneuvers was between 150 and 200 feet above ground level.
