Incident Overview
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft was observed to turn approximately 45 degrees to the left. After traveling a short distance past the south end of the runway, it initiated a right turn as if to land on Runway 35. As the aircraft became aligned with Runway 35, the right wing dropped, and the aircraft entered a spin before impacting the ground.
Wreckage Examination
A thorough examination of the wreckage did not reveal any evidence of preimpact failure or deficiency in the aircraft. However, during the brief flight, a white liquid—believed to be spray chemical—was seen leaking from the bottom of the aircraft.
No Stated Cause
The investigation did not identify a probable cause for the accident. The absence of preimpact mechanical failure suggests other factors may have been involved, but none are specified in the available information.
