What happened
A student pilot was conducting touch-and-go landings when they noticed another aircraft positioned at the departure end of the runway, facing directly toward them. Believing a collision was imminent, the pilot decided to abort the takeoff roll. During the emergency stop, the brakes were locked. This caused the aircraft to swerve off the runway surface.
