After all landing checks were completed, the copilot pushed the speed levers full forward and called out "REFT 10 on speed." The aircraft then began to descend rapidly. The captain applied power to offset the sink rate. The aircraft banked left, and the left landing gear contacted the runway surface. Subsequently, the aircraft banked right.
