Incident Overview
During descent for landing, passengers noticed the pilot had slumped over in his seat and was unconscious. Approximately two minutes later, the pilot regained consciousness and successfully landed the aircraft without any further incident.
Medical Examination
Following the event, the pilot voluntarily submitted to a medical examination, but doctors were unable to determine a medical reason for the loss of consciousness. The pilot did report that he had been experiencing flu-like symptoms prior to the incident.
