What happened
The incident occurred during a night takeoff operation involving N30535. The runway surface was obscured by approximately three feet of snow. Additionally, significant snowdrifts were present along the left side of the runway, ranging from eight to ten inches in depth.
During the initial phase of the takeoff roll, moisture accumulated on the windshield, impairing visibility. This condition contributed to the aircraft drifting toward the left side of the runway. As the aircraft moved laterally, it encountered the deeper snowdrifts located along the runway edge. The impact with these drifts caused the aircraft to swerve sharply to the left. Subsequently, the aircraft struck a snowbank bordering the left side of the runway, which resulted in the nose section collapsing and the aircraft nosing over.

The primary factors contributing to this accident were the pilot's inability to maintain directional control during the takeoff roll and the hazardous runway conditions.
