Narrative
The event began as a routine takeoff. The pilot, while monitoring the aircraft's performance during the takeoff roll, perceived that the acceleration was not as rapid as anticipated. Based on this observation, the pilot made the decision to abort the takeoff. Following this decision, the aircraft descended back to the ground, touching down on the sod surface that bordered the takeoff area. Upon touchdown, the pilot immediately applied full braking force in an attempt to stop the aircraft. However, the sod surface was wet, which significantly reduced the friction between the tires and the ground. As a result, the braking action was largely ineffective.
