Incident Overview
An aircraft experienced a forced landing shortly after takeoff. The pilot executed a straight-ahead landing, and during rollout, the aircraft entered a standing pool of water approximately 8 to 10 inches deep. The water caused the aircraft to flip over, resulting in the canopy being crushed and the pilot's body becoming trapped.
