On final approach, the pilot did not receive a gear-down indication. Attempting to resolve the issue, the pilot cycled the landing gear. Still unsure whether the gear was extended, the pilot decided to execute a go-around.
Engine Response and Impact
When power was added for the go-around, the right engine did not respond, and the aircraft rolled to the right. The right wing tip struck the runway surface. During the subsequent touchdown, the nose gear collapsed and separated from the aircraft.
