Overview
A pilot reported a loss of power approximately 10 to 30 feet above the runway during landing. The aircraft subsequently came to rest along the left side of the runway, about 1500 feet from the threshold. The runway length was 3500 feet.
Sequence of Events
The pilot stated that power was lost at a low altitude, just above the runway surface. The aircraft touched down and traveled a significant distance before stopping. The nose gear collapsed during the event, and the propeller separated from the engine.
Inspection Findings
