Accident Overview
While maneuvering the aircraft for a swath run after takeoff, the pilot reported that it was slow to climb. In an attempt to increase airspeed, the pilot lowered the nose. Realizing that the aircraft would not clear trees located ahead of the flight path, the pilot elected to land in a nearby field.
