Incident Overview
During the takeoff roll, the aircraft lifted off and climbed to an altitude of 50 to 75 feet above ground level. Shortly after, it descended in a landing attitude and touched down on the runway near the departure end. The aircraft then initiated a second takeoff.
Maneuver and Impact
As the aircraft approached high obstructions located off the end of the runway, it entered a steep climb. The climb was followed by a roll to the right, which brought the aircraft into an inverted position.
