What happened
The aircraft was positioned on the runway for departure when conditions deteriorated due to significant wind gusts. As the pilot initiated the takeoff roll, maintaining directional control became difficult. The strong crosswinds or gusts caused the aircraft to drift laterally off the paved surface.
Recognizing the loss of control, the pilot made the decision to abort the takeoff procedure. However, the aircraft had already drifted significantly toward the edge of the runway environment. Despite efforts to correct the flight path and return to the runway centerline, the aircraft continued its trajectory into a wooded area located approximately three-quarters of the way down the runway length. The impact with the trees resulted in substantial damage to the airframe.
The investigation
Following the accident, investigators examined the aircraft for any mechanical anomalies that might have contributed to the loss of control. A thorough inspection was conducted to rule out system failures. The examination revealed no evidence of pre-impact mechanical malfunctions or failures of the engine or flight control systems.
