Weather Diversion
Departing Cheswold, the pilot again encountered adverse conditions and diverted to Kutztown, Pennsylvania. After landing and refueling, he attempted to continue the flight to Mount Pocono. However, adverse weather precluded a landing at the destination, and he continued east-northeast.
Emergency Landing
As the weather continued to deteriorate, the pilot decided to land in an open field.
Accident Details
During the landing roll, the nose gear settled into soft mud, causing the aircraft to flip over.
