Witness Observations
Witnesses at the airport reported that the aircraft was making an approach to Runway 25 and appeared to be flying at a very low altitude. The witnesses observed the aircraft 'pop up and over some trees at the end of the runway' before it began to settle into a flare over the runway surface.
Collision and Final Position
After the flare, the aircraft suddenly began veering off the right side of the runway. It subsequently collided with the airport wind 'T', several other airport facilities, and four parked aircraft. The aircraft came to a stop in an aircraft parking area.
Wind Conditions
Witnesses reported that the surface winds close to the runway consisted of a left crosswind of about 13 knots.
