JUST AFTER LIFT OFF FROM A DIRT STRIP, WITH GUSTING TAILWIND CONDITIONS, THE PILOT RETRACTED THE FLAPS AND LANDING GEAR. THE AIRPLANE SETTLED BACK TO THE GROUND COLLIDING WITH THE TERRAIN.
