Accident Sequence
A private pilot was preparing to land on Runway 36. The pilot later reported that surface winds were from 310 degrees at 16 knots, gusting to 25 knots. On final approach, the pilot reported using right aileron, right rudder, and zero flaps. While on short final, the airplane encountered wind gusts, prompting the pilot to execute a go-around. During the go-around, the airplane collided with trees and a fence before impacting the terrain in an inverted attitude.
