Incident
A Grumman G-164A aircraft was involved in an accident while landing on a dirt road. The pilot had been attempting to load chemicals for an aerial application operation. The landing surface consisted of soft dirt, which affected the aircraft's directional control.
Pilot Actions
Upon encountering the soft terrain, the aircraft was pulled to one side of the landing area. The pilot applied opposite rudder and opposite brake in an attempt to correct the deviation. As the aircraft's tail began to rise, the pilot released the brake application.
Outcome
Despite the pilot's efforts, the aircraft nosed over on the soft landing surface. The accident resulted in substantial damage to the aircraft. No injuries were reported among the occupants.
