Incident Overview
During the landing rollout, the airplane unexpectedly began to veer to the left. The pilot applied right rudder and right brake in an attempt to correct the deviation, but the airplane continued to move left, departing the left edge of the runway and entering the grass. Subsequently, the airplane groundlooped.
Damage Sustained
The ground loop caused the right main landing gear to collapse. Additionally, the right wing sustained damage.

The pilot reported that he failed to maintain control of the airplane during the landing. No mechanical deficiencies were identified or reported.

The pilot stated that he failed to keep the airplane under control during the landing.
