What happened
The pilot-in-command elected to initiate a takeoff roll up an incline, citing wind conditions that were reported as blowing straight down the runway at 20 knots with gusts reaching 25 knots. The surface conditions were described as very wet and soft, which likely impacted acceleration performance. Following liftoff, the aircraft was unable to achieve a climb rate sufficient to clear the rising terrain. Consequently, the landing gear struck brush located at the end of the runway. The airplane subsequently spun around before coming to rest in a crashed state.
